JOB DESCRIPTION

BLT is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Design creative for all marketing collateral pertaining to the BLT portfolio including logos, brochures, signage, special events materials, event calendars, & custom advertisements for publications
  • Manage all Social Media accounts including company Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram as well as resident outreach for all BLT events
  • Update MLS with weekly pricing
  • Assist marketing manager in company related tasks

EXPERIENCE

  • Must have proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Microsoft Excel and Word
  • 3-5 years’ experience of Graphic Design
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be personable and work well with others
  • Marketing and/or real estate background preferred
