Description

Building and Land Technology is looking for a qualified, part-time assistant to join our accounting team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is able to successfully perform in a fast-paced team environment, gaining broad experience in various areas of accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all utilities costs for residential property portfolio, including
    • Obtaining invoices electronically (where available)
    • Sorting invoices received by mail
    • Maintaining EXCEL schedules for all costs 
  • Opening residential property mail and sort by property and due date
  • Mailing checks   
  • Filing paid invoices, cash receipts backup, etc
  • Reviewing resident ledgers for bill back regarding move-in/move-out changes

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • Ability to multi-task
