Building and Land Technology, a Stamford, CT-based real estate development company with a growing portfolio of more than 2,500 apartment units and millions of square feet of commercial space, is seeking a Marketing Manager.  The ideal candidate will act as a brand manager that will help to oversee the marketing relationships for BLT’s residential development projects including Harbor Point, Abbey Woods, and The Beacon Jersey City, as well as BLT’s existing portfolio of office, retail, and marina properties.  This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be based in Stamford, CT.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all advertising decisions related to BLT properties
• Manage company website and digital development with external agencies
• Lead all social media management and output
• Work with leasing team to manage new property brand development
• Oversee all print collateral and exterior/interior signage
• Manage interaction with advertising partners and vendors
• Coordinate all internal marketing materials: including print, email and signage
• Partner closely with event coordinator to drive traffic and generate buzz for BLT events
• Create and manage partnerships with the local business community

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business Management or Public Relations
• 5+ years in a Marketing role as an independent contributor
• Experience with Google Pay-per-Click, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube a must
• Mobile Marketing and Social Media experience
• Knowledge in Web development
• Graphic design a plus but not required
• Entrepreneurial and result drive attitude is a must
• Prior experience in Real Estate Marketing preferred
• Excellent written communication, analytical and organizational skills
