Key Responsibilities

• The IT Manager of Network Operations will assume primary responsibility and ownership for telecommunications and networks (e.g. PBX, Firewalls, Directors, WIFI, etc…) for BLT
• Manage all system platforms and ensure quality delivery of the required system services
• Prepare system standards and technical roadmaps for all platforms
• Ensure a 24 x 7 support structure for all telecomm and network systems
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem ownership for all systems
• Provide root cause analysis with incidents and problems
• Implement automated approaches for system upgrades and management
• Maintain system documentation and inventories
• Project and vendor management as required

Qualifications

• Bachelors and/or computer certifications (e.g. CTNS, CCP, ATGN, etc…)
• 6+ years experience working with multiple telecomm and Network platforms (e.g. Altigen PBX and Phones, Demarc management, Rukus Directors, Netgear Switches, SonicWall FireWalls, VLAN configuration, DNS, IP, WIFI, and network security)
• 4+ years project management and system documentation
• 4+ years working with vendors for product purchases and hosting
